At Mirava, every order is packed with care — from our facility to your doorstep. Whether you’ve ordered wall mirrors or decorative mirror pieces, we make sure your items arrive safely, securely, and ready to elevate your space.

🚚 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight or size.

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days
  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days
  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days
  • Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS. 

📍 Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations.

📦 Packaging & Handling

Every Mirava order is:

  • Carefully packed using protective materials designed to help prevent transit damage
  • Securely sealed to keep items safe and presentable on arrival
  • Handled with care to help ensure your mirror arrives in excellent condition

🎁 Sending a Mirava order as a gift?
You may be able to add a personalized message or choose gift-style packaging at checkout, where available.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together unless requested otherwise.

📅 Delivery Schedule

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
No Deliveries: Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day

  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery time or extra fees may apply
  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply if delivery attempts are unsuccessful
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly
